About Me

Hello there!  

My name is Julia Kious Zabell (in case we haven't met yet).  

I started re:Invigorate in 2010 knowing that my personal skills in leadership development and personal growth would be of service to people creating their own path in owning their leadership capacity and vision.

I love travelling all over the world, cooking for my family and friends, the great outdoors, and sunshine.

I have been in leadership development since 2002, starting out as an outdoor adventure leader for teens doing 26-day trips in the wilderness, eventually landing in the ICF accredited coaching program at Coaches Training Institute.  

I have always been committed to and fascinated by the human capacity for healing and change, for resilience and love.  I have studied personality tests, hands on healing modalities, and spiritual practices and integrate all of this into how I show up.  (But don't worry...not over the top and I'll match your internal culture as needed!)

I have started 3 successful businesses and 1 failed one and have learned from them all.  

These personal experiences have led to a powerful blend in hands on business acumen and leadership development skills that will help make your vision a reality.

I know.  It's lofty.  But why not aim for something worthwhile?

I truly believe that self-aware individuals practicing compassion and kindness who build movements and organizations in alignment with their values will change the world, not just in what they do, but also in how they do it.
